My hard drive on my old computer fecked up so I threw it away. All my tunes are still on my Ipod though.
How would I go about uploading them onto my new computer?

This has happened to me before and, unfortunately, I don’t think there is a way.
Installing iTunes on the new hard drive and logging into your iTunes account (if you have one) will make all of your purchases appear, but anything from CDs or other sources will not show up.
The only way to preserve your iTunes library as it is is to back up your songs and other things onto CDs BEFORE you get a new computer, harddrive, etc.
Under “File”, there is an option that says “Back Up to Disc”, and that is what you would have to do next time.

Pretty much the only way (unless you’re a genius) is to download this program: http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/downloads/iPodAid_iPod_To_Computer_Transfer_52880_p/ and then depending on how many songs you have, buy it, or find another program.
GOOD LUCK!!!
