My cat lives outdoors, because my parents don’t like cleaning the litter box, and I want her to be warm during the winter. My dad made a “cat house” and last winter, other stray cats went in and chased my cat out. How can I make a door that opens only for my cat?

Well, how about YOU clean her litter box?
Then she can come be warm and indoors with “her people.”
There are very expensive cat doors out there that work by attaching something to your cat’s collar that the cat door “senses” and allows the cat to come in- but what happens when your cat becomes snagged on something outdoors and the breakaway collar does its job? It’s a big waste, right?
So, to reiterate what I said before, you should tell your parents that you’ll clean the litter box. That way, your cat doesn’t have to be bullied by strays or have to be exposed to the cold at all.

You can’t really. Unless you can find one of those electronic collars that only allows the one wearing it to open the door.

Im a huge fan of the electronic collars, they aren’t as expensive as they used to be, and are now WIDELY available, its not just a richie person thing anymore that is special bought, or ordered, like all pet stores have them now, and they have cheap replacement sensors if the cats thing gets snagged.
Also look into ordering online. I don’t know why everyone wants everything new. Amazon and ebay both sell them cheap, sometimes you can get them new from the product sellers cheap, and usually those have free shipping. SO check into something like that if you need to save and can’t afford what the store has to offer.
