Ive been doing the same routine 4 times a week but my friend says its bad to do the same routine so can someone give me a good a good work out for weight loss?
I have plenty of blackhead acne on my nose and on my forehead for a long time. No Doctor ever could help.

Okay, I know that I am like every other american that wants to stay at home and work, but lately I have been wanting it more and more. I desperately want to get a puppy, but when I have a dog a am like a Mom, I want to be there for it all of the time. I hate leaving my pet at a daycare that I really can’t afford or thinking about the poor thing locked up at home all day without fresh air or a bathroom break. Not to mention I hate my job! Any advice?
Now that I have a free summer full of nothing to do, I’ve been swimming and walking much more than I was previously. I walk around 6 miles and swim roughly 40-60 lengths of a 25m pool 5 times a week. I weigh about 220 pounds right now, I’d like to bring that down to 210 soon. Are these types of exercise good for weight loss?
I have been checking some sites for work at home. All I see is marketing and selling stuff. I have seen some that say something like “data entry” and you have to pay a one time fee. Sound like advertising to me.

I have a 1 1/2 year old spaniel mix who I adopted from a rescue group recently. She’s wonderful and partly trained. However, the noise of the dog door closing when our other dog uses it scares her. She goes in and out of the door itself with no problem and will use the dog door if I hold it open. How do I teach her not to be afraid of the rather loud noise the door makes? Keeping the door open in the summer is fine, but winter is approaching and I want her to learn about the door.
